“These have definitely been a game changer for me. I have had gut issues most of my adult life. I have taken just about every probiotic/prebiotic that there is. Prior to this I was taking another well-known brand and I did find some improvement but I think it had waned after a year or so of taking it. The format of liquid is another problem so I really love having these capsules for convenience! I am now very regular and I can tolerate foods that previously would have caused me issues (gluten/wheat/dairy) I am careful with my diet still but with these capsules I can still eat it and I have no pain nor upset stomach. My skin is also better and my nails are strong.”
