“I have tried the Chocolate Shake, I liked it because I can still blend it with my favourite fruits and it has great taste. I didn't give it 5 stars because I just love the Vanilla Shake. But I'm buyimg both to have more options. I have tried blending it with berries and it's delicious, but there are several other combinations I would like to try it with, like with Almond butter, peanut butter or banana.”

“I'm a week in so still early days. I had problems with my delivery (entirely Royal Mail's fault) and the team were responsive to my queries. Frustratingly they said there was nothing they could do and this delayed my "journey". Most annoying as I had lined up this kick start to fit in with a timing at home that would suit. Anyway, belated start and easier than expected. I'm currently doing the two shake replacement and have been able to shed 2kg, but this has been backed up with dry January (a massive big shift for me) and my regular fitness regime.
I've preferred the shakes when mixed with the vanilla.
I can't really comment fairly on any reduction in fatigue etc but once January is over I am going to swap to just one shake a day and see what's what. Making it less of a wholesome commitment, and more of a lifestyle switch. Fingers crossed”
