“Fantastic shakes filled with goodness! I loved mixing the flavours, strawberry and vanilla, vanilla and chocolate but my fav is chocolate and strawberry. The fill you up and give you energy. I definitely felt calmer and my body felt more settled. Very convenient for a meal on the run too! I didn't lose any weight on the shakes but maintained my weight (only have 1.5 - 2kg to lose). “The shakes are nutritious and I didn’t feel hungry in between them. However, I did find them sweet so only lasted taking them for two weeks. Unfortunately I didn’t experience any weight loss as I had hoped, despite only eating the shakes and recommended calories for my evening meal.”
