“I've been using the three different flavours of shakes as directed for a little over three months now (with a break for Christmas) and I have to say they're amazing! I've lost thirteen pounds in a steady, sustainable way, but what's really surprised me is that, somehow, they've sorted of re-educated my body and my approach to food. I've always had a sweet tooth, but I no longer crave sweet things. When I eat processed food now I really notice the sugar or salt content, and no longer enjoy it. I find myself seeking out fruit and veg instead. These shakes are pleasant enough to taste, and fill you up so snacking between meals is much reduced. It's not been difficult to stick to the guidance about usage, and I'm feeling a lot better mentally and physically as my weight reduces.
I was very reluctant to leave a positive review in case demand overtook supply and I couldn't get hold of any more but I wholeheartedly recommend these shakes - they work wonders!”

“Great taste, I have higher energy levels and improved sleep. I am still struggling with hunger between meals but it is improving with time. Looking forward to trying the different flavours when they come.”
“Actually would be very good but I have high iron levels so I can’t take anything with iron in. I looked on all the info when I was ordering to see if the ingredients included iron but couldn’t find anything.
Since ordering and using Eve I now find iron is contained n the ingredients. I wouldn’t have bought it had I have known!”
