The caps are small and easy to swallow. I have been taking omega 3 caps for many years now and do believe in the benefits. These are an interesting variant being made from algae rather than the creatures that eat the algae. The caps are small and easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste. Expensive though.

Vegan Omega-3 Capsules. A lot of people take fish oil capsules because of the omega -3 they contain, but they may not realise that the fish actually get their omega- 3 from the micro algae they eat. Therefore, not only is plant based omega-3 better quality, but it is also better for the environment, because fish have not been killed in the process. I have recently switched to vegan oil capsules for this reason. I don’t know all the science behind it, but the DHA and EPA, in the oil, help with the normal function of the heart, and brain. You should aim to buy capsules in which there’s at least twice as much DHA as EPA , giving a healthier blend, which is the case here. Anyway, without getting too technical, I believe that taking these capsules a couple of times daily, with meals, will be good for our health :).

More affective than standard cod liver oil. Reading the blurb they give on the sales page, instead of getting the Omega-3 from the fish itself, they’ve gone straight for the source that the fish get it from which is from micro algae. That doesn’t sound too tasty but neither does liver oil if you think about it. These pills are easy to swallow and have no after taste, even if you burp afterwards. They come in a pack of 60 and are supplied in a plastic container with a child lock on it, the ones where you must push down and twist but it’s the easiest version of this type of lock I’ve tried and it’s easy to open. They are a little bigger than our previous cod liver oil tablets but are still a small enough size to have no problem swallowing them. They are 60 which is a one-month supply as it’s recommended to take 2 a day and they have a long expiry date so it’s not old stock. My wife has osteoarthritis, and she was advised by the chemist that the best treatment to help with joint pain would be Glucosamine & Chondroitin supplements. They helped to a degree and made the symptoms less painful, but these Plant Based Omega-3 tablets have given better results. Her knee pain/discomfort isn’t as bad as they were before, and she only feels knee joint discomfort when she’s been on her feet all day, so she’s seen an improvement. Based on this alone, we shall continue to purchase these monthly. They are expensive, and you may be able to find a cheaper, non-vegan, alternative but these seem to work so we shall be sticking with them.

Good quality omega 3. Omega 3 contributes to brain function, eye health and heart health. It can also regulate the skin's oil production, improve balanced hydration and minimize ageing. Omega 3 is especially good for people who don't like fish, as it aids the consumption of beneficial nutrients needed by the body. These are high strength, and seem good quality, so I am happy to continue to take them.

Environmental Friendly Stuff. I guess these days to be environmental friendly you expect to pay the price. The recommended dosage on these are two pills total of 405mg combined EPA and DHA. Reading a bit on the internet I found this within the range of a normal recommended daily dosage. These pills are only half the size of the common non-vegan capsules, so they are really easy to swallow. There is no fishy smell or burping that non-vegan Omega 3 often causes. The best before is approximately 26 months, probably irrelevant for 1 month supply. At the same price or less you could get twice the strength combined EPA and DHA, non-vegan version. I personally don't mind paying extra for a sustainable product, but if you are not bothered then there are cheaper Omega3 on Amazon.

Good but expensive. It is good to get Omega 3 supplements that are suitable for vegans. These are easy to swallow. But they are very expensive at around £15 for a one month supply. I think there are cheaper alternatives if you look.

Great supplement, easy to swallow. You get 60 capsules in a bottle and are recommended to take 2 a day making this a 30 day dose. The capsules are small and yellow and are made in an easy to swallow form, similar to many high strength ibuprofen capsules. I've had no issues taking them and with the high strength and potency, I'm very happy with these.

Easy to swallow no side effects. I like the container that these capsules come in. It seems to be a red firm plastic material with a sfety lock. There are 60 capsules in the bottle and a recommended dose is 2 capsul8e it is one months supply. Hey are small jelly like capsules and easy to sway. My husband and I have taken omega 3 for some time an have no side effects
