“I have only done one cook and some testing before the cook with my new Firedboard. I really like it so far. It seems to be accurate and I love the app and being able to monitor everything from inside the house. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star review is because every probe I have plugged in, ambient or internal, will have a random extremely high temperature readings throughout the cook. These readings are spikes that are way outside the realm of possibility. I haven’t figured out why this is happening yet.”
