I’ve had a FireBoard 2drive with fan for several years using on my Kamado Big Joe 2 and it changed the way I grill both long and short cooks. Love the control it gives you and the software integrates with Apple iPhone and my watch app to allow me to monitor my cooks from anywhere. I also love the logging aspect of notes and pics of my sessions so I can tweak each cook a bit better. FireBoard labs seems to think of everything you need. When I was looking for a quality instant read thermometer I was glad FireBoard created the spark! The spark integrates into my cooking sessions with the FB2D and lists what temps are taken with which device. Spark works great as a stand alone instant read temperature check and logs everything as well. I’ve only used it a few times so far and only scratched the surface of its capabilities. I love how it seamlessly integrated into my fb2 grill sessions right out of the box with only a quick setup to connect it. Looking forward to using more features soon. Can’t wait to try the probe with it. That way I don’t need to get the fb2 out when I only need to monitor one meat temp. I can spot check the other items when it gets close to being done with the instant read probe. Another Very sturdy quality product from the guys at FireBoard and I love the fact it’s made in the USA!
