“I just cooked my first meat using the Fantastic Spark! It reported flawlessly from beginning to end! The Pork belly appetizer was spot on for temperature and flavor. I used the spark on an older pellet grill which doesn’t have a FireBoard and was totally happy with the results. I recently became a fan of FireBoard when I purchased a new Yoder grill and this is a fantastic accessory! I intend to carry it in our Motor Home on trips and use it during cooks away from home. I would request FireBoard offer a protective case for travel! The Spark is well built and rugged but don’t want to mar the beautiful finishes! I am now a complete FireBoard Fan without any complaints!
