“I can tell that the magnesium is this way actually works unlike the traditional style magnesium that I didn't notice anything. Mind you I am a caffeine user so this blend is designed to tolerate it. I feel relaxed within half an hour of taking it. Me and my wife really love this stuff to help our minds and bodies relax before bedtime.”
