“Honestly, I didn't think much of it when I discovered the product, as I have experienced that there is more work than result when using natural hair dyes. It did take a little time to figure out the right shade and balance for my hair (amounts of dye and the water), but the results are great. I have been using this dye around 5 times. Also, the dye pot needs to stay warm for the duration of the process. My greys are stubborn, and it will take me to wait 2 hours. What I typically do after the dye has been applied, I use the plastic hat that comes with the set (or use any thin plastic bag or shower hat), and then cover it with a regular woolly hat and go about my day. It keeps it warm and no mess. When I wash it off, it requires more conditioner than mainstream dye sets, but I don't mind, as my main focus with this dye is to avoid harsh chemicals. I know it sounds like a lot to consider, but once you get the hang of it, it is super easy. In conclusion, I did not expect to be that happy, but I am :). I use the chocolate shade.”

“I really like the damson hair dye. It’s a lovely colour with great coverage. My hair would be naturally dark brown but is definitely more grey than brown now. Very easy to mix and apply. I often get compliments on the colour. Highly recommend.”
