“I found it hard to take the suppliments. The capsulates are way to big for me to swallow easily and taking the powder out was such a faff. I would rather take 5/6 smaller capsules if that was an option.”

“I'm still within my first three months on these supplements, but I have noticed some subtle improvements. I'm hoping after the first three months I'll notice more, but so far no issues and happy I have them.”

“I have tried many different supplements and most have either upset my stomach or I’ve not had any positive effects. ADHD medication I tried all had very bad side effects so I wanted to give this a go! Along with starting HRT I feel like a different person after just 4 weeks. I have subscribed to get this monthly! It is expensive but you can’t put a price on your health and wellbeing. I will be carrying on with this for the foreseeable future.”

“This has changed my life. I am a lot more organised and tidy, Yes I still have bad days but it's not as bad as before. It's not a magic pill that fixes everything but it's definitely made things a lot less difficult! The weirdest thing is I've stopped biting my nails. Which is a habit I have been trying to stop since I was really young!”
