What did you find get dopa helped with? Mood, Clarity

“It’s the only supplement that I have ever stuck to. And despite taking it at the most challenging part of my life so far (full house renovation while working 12 hour shifts) I have seen a difference. I am not sure I’d have got through it without. My mood has remained remarkably stable and overwhelm has been manageable.”

“This actually made my symptoms worse than they are without any supplements. I felt like I was sinking into a really low place when I was taking them, which can happen without taking something but once I stopped I started to feel back to my “normal”. I expressed my experience to customer service and was hoping for some kind of partial refund at least but they didn’t offer anything. Very disappointing all around especially considering the cost.”
