“Instructions for assembly were vague and misleading (i.e. there were no pieces that were labeled "outside"-- in fact, nothing is labeled at all). The boards that comprise the slats at the base don't fit together; so expect to have lots of room on the 'floor' of the drawer for things to fall through. Slats were bowed or warped or cut slightly too short, and don't fit together easily. Even using pre-started holes, the wood consistently split very easily. This would have been impossible to do without an electric device; just a screwdriver was impossible.”

“The loose drawers under the bed are just a little too wide so that you cannot draw both out without one of them getting stuck behind a leg of the bed. It would have been nice for them to fit on rails.”

“Good product: solid, well constructed, moves easily. Instructructions are unclear: especially related to securing the back of the box. I screwed and unscrewed and finally got it ALMOST right on the third attempt. In frustration, I settled for 'almost'.”

“The box is great. There are a couple of things that could be better. The edge of one of the boards didn’t get stained so there’s a white line and the slats to make the bottom do not fill the space completely. So they can slide around and leave a gap.”
