I ordered these slippers for my niece’s first birthday with plenty of time (nearly two weeks) for delivery. Unfortunately, Giesswein use Evri (previously Hermes) for delivery. Although I have their app and they have my email and phone number, they did not tell me when they were intending to deliver the parcel. I had an email from them telling me they had the parcel and would tell me when it was out for delivery but nothing else at all. Until yesterday, they made a first attempt to deliver it, I was out so they have sent it back for a refund. Giesswein said they can’t do anything and, if I still want it, I should order another one and try again. It is too late now but I wouldn’t order again from them anyway after such poor customer service. Very disappointed.”
