“On a taste test it reminded me immediately of Whitby kippers. They share a very similar deep flavour of genuine wood smoke. I love it. I wanted some to add some depth to some vegetarian cowboy beans and it worked a treat. Since then I have added it to roasted new potatoes, roast chicken and scrambled eggs.”
