“I’m really pleased with this product, it is helping me with peri menopause symptoms and fibromyalgia. It particularly helps aching joints and improved the quality of my sleep. Would highly recommend trying this.”

“I have rated this due to the product being not suited to my sensitive skin and stings on arms, legs and hands resulting in a nettle like rash. However, soles of feet works and has aided better sleep. Customer service is good.”

It’s important to us that our products work well for everyone, and we appreciate you letting us know that the spray didn’t suit you in that regard. It’s great to hear that you’ve found relief with the soles of your feet, and that it’s helping improve your sleep. Here are some things many have found helped them when experiencing itchiness: -You can dilute it with water -Use less at a time -Use in less sensitive areas (soles of feet) -Rinse off after 15-20 minutes of application, perhaps spray it on just before your evening shower We’re also glad that you had a positive experience with our customer service. “I suffer from fibromyalgia. I thought I’d try the magnesium spray as I’d tried everything else along with my pain meds. I spray it on anywhere that hurts before bed. The restless legs have stopped. The shooting pains have eased and I can now sleep through the night. If it hurts spray it. I was sceptical but I’m on my second bottle and have recommended to others. Thank you so much X”
