“I was suffering with menopausal leg pain and having trouble sleeping. This spray made such a difference to me and I am able to get straight to sleep now, no more lying awake with heavy achy legs. Using it is now just part of my bedtime routine.”

“Wow! I have been suffering with terribly painful hips in bed and consulted my GP/doctor. She advised doing various exercises which did not help at all. Then a friend recommended the Magnesium Spray from Harrogate Organics. For the first week I thought I had wasted my money ... however after using it for 2 weeks my hips are noticeably less sore. I am really pleased/relieved. I spray 3 or 4 times onto the back of my knees and also inside my elbows and let it dry before getting into bed. Have honestly noticed such a huge improvement.”
