“I have been using the magnesium spray for 10 days and am noticing an improvement in the skin tone on my arms and so far a slight improvement in my sleep patterns. I say early days as my sleep issues are very long term so I don’t expect a quick fix. The skin tone is something I did not expect but am very happy about”

“I bought the Magnesium Spray and have been using it for the past few days. I found that the Magnesium tablets I was taking were starting to upset my stomach and trigger my acid reflux! I am so happy that I found Harrogate Organics..... The spray is fab! No scent (I have multiple allergies) not sticky and very easy to use. I find that I am sleeping well, I feel better in myself and I'm hoping it helps with my migraines over time. Oh and maybe my aging aches and pains, he he. I will definitely be purchasing this again. “Last night was my worst night ever. Restless. Legs was constant .I had high hopes for your Magnesium spray but unfortunately it was awful and no better than the many other Creams, gells and Sprays I have used .
I am at the end of my tether with this terrible Restless legs.
