“I bought the Magnesium Spray and have been using it for the past few days. I found that the Magnesium tablets I was taking were starting to upset my stomach and trigger my acid reflux! I am so happy that I found Harrogate Organics..... The spray is fab! No scent (I have multiple allergies) not sticky and very easy to use. I find that I am sleeping well, I feel better in myself and I'm hoping it helps with my migraines over time. Oh and maybe my aging aches and pains, he he. I will definitely be purchasing this again.
