“Happy with product. Bought for muscle and shoulder pain causing disturbed sleep. Been using for a few weeks, sleep seems to have improved. Also use in the morning after shower, great result throughout the day, top up spray if needed. Used once during night for restless legs, seemed to work well, drifted off to sleep. Happy customer !”

“I sent for the magnesium spray as I regularly wake around 3 a.m and have difficulty getting back to sleep. I have been using the spray for about 8 days and I am still waking but a little later around 4 am most nights. I will persevere as I am still finding it difficult to get back to sleep even when I tried to spray again when I wake. However I intend to persevere and hopefully will work with a few more uses”
