“I have 'suffered' with restless legs for as long as I can remember... At least 65 years!!!
Having researched I concluded I lacked magnesium so bought magnesium gylcate tablets off line. They violently disagreed with my stomach! Thankfully the effect, although quick, was short-lived.
Some time later an ad popped up for magnesium that's bypassed the stomach, this was worth a try as impending house move and restless legs meant I was having many sleepless nights.
I honestly cannot believe it.... I apply oil to my legs every night, about 3 or 4 puffs each leg and rub it in............Restless legs have not made an appearance since, that was at least 3 weeks ago.
