“Took a few days to have a proper effect but after years of waking up so many times during the night and waking up with so many aches and pains I now sleep for a longer stretch, 6-7 hours and pains are definitely a lot less in the morning too. Always have the spray with me as suffer from a lot of feet pain and a little spray on my feet during the day at work helps enormously.”

“I've been using magnesium spray for about a month now. The first 10 nights were amazing, the best sleep ever. Then I slipped back into my usual poor sleep routine (due to menopause). However, the sleep I did get on my poor nights was very good. 3 nights later and I'm back to wonderful sleep again. I am feeling much better since using this spray. “I first learnt about magnesium spray on tiktok. Then I searched on google the brand that was being recommended, and this website also showed on the search result, so I also looked into it. I was comparing two products and I chose to try Harrogate due to one ingredient in it (castor oil).
I was a little skeptical at first. I also read the reviews but I focused on the lowest star review as it is most likely genuine.
Anyway, I bought the product using a sort of gut feeling and ignoring the low star reviews.
First night, I sprayed on the soles of my feet (15 sprays) before bed. Dried quick enough.
Oh wow! I slept like a baby!
I always wake up in the middle of the night, but for the first time I slept through from 10pm - 6:30am
I tried it again twice after and same result.
Then I stopped using it for one night, and I was waking up again in the middle of the night.
I now make sure to use this every night and I spray only 6-8 times on each of my foot.
So yeah, long feedback but I can guarantee that this is working and it’s amazing!

“I’ve only just recently started using Harrogate Organics Magnesium spray on my shoulders and arms. I am having trouble with sore joints and muscles due to peri menopause symptoms.
