“I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2019 and ever since then I have looked for a easy simple non oily or sticky solution for me and my body. I have and still use vitamins and a controlled diet all has helped over the years. ( And my Fibro pain is so so much better) The only fly in the moment was and is restless legs and legs in pain along with sleep issues. It's a viscous cycle , I already take magnesium orally but found it minimal in effectiveness. I am always looking for a natural solution rather than pills which apart from one don't work anyway.. So now I have Harrogate Magnesium spray and OMG LIFE CHANGING and for me that is no small statement . I have been using it now for 2 weeks and I sprayed on my feet the first week and I got a great sleep within a day or two but I still woke up with leg pain now I spray it on my lower legs for this past week and again OMG I wake up put my feet on the floor and the pain is minimal.
