“I ordered the magnesium spray on recommendation of a friend and also having read the positive reviews. My sleep has been dreadful lately, getting 2-3 hours a night so thought it was worth a try. It worked really well for the first 4-5 nights and I woke feeling refreshed, the first time in years. Unfortunately it has started to have less of an effect and my sleep is back to what it was before I tried it. I will still persist though.”
