“was told by the team that the difference between this product and the one I have always used was the fact that there was no burning and not oily. well, it's not oily but it BURNS! Contacted customer service but no response. no other magnesium spray has burned. had to shower it off in the end so definitely won't be using or re purchasing.”

Gosh sorry to hear this! Can we ask how you reached out as we havent had any contact about this, and we are pretty quick at replying to people?
This is a very odd one, and have sincerely never had this before from tens of thousands sold...
There are zero ingredients in the product that would cause this as they are naturally derived.
We are just wondering if this was an allergic reaction to one of those ingredients possibly... or the mixing of any other product you may have used alongside ours that caused a reaction..
Either way we are so so sorry you have had this experience!
How can we fix this? We do not want unhappy people as its not why we are here...
