“How did I not know about this until recently!! Absolute gamechanger!!
Ive suffered terribly with RLS for over 10 years. Waking up several times in the night, having to stretch my legs in all kinds of wild and wonderful ways to get rid of the restlessness. I resorted to using paracetamol every night with ibuprofen gel to subside the pain and annoyance I got with it.
