“I recently bought the magnesium oil spray and the rescue balm. I usually use the spray before bed and my legs feel less achy and I’m finding I can settle to sleep much more quickly I’ve also used the spray on my hip to ease the discomfort there, has been a great help. The rescue balm I use on my feet, as soon as I’ve come out of the shower I massage it gently in and put socks on and my feet feel amazing all day. I was very sceptical at first but I will be putting a new order soon !”

“I’m currently in a bit of a state. I broke my leg, twice, same leg, in the space of a few months. I’ve got 6 bulging discs in my neck and a cyst of my spine - this lovely balm has helped my aches and pains and also smells lovely. 10 out of 10.”

“Really pleased with the rescue balm, after intially purchasing the magnesium spray for my son who had muscle cramps due to medication( worked wonders- life saver). the rescue balm is just as amazing! I am using it on my hands and neck due to nerve pain and can feel the difference within minutes of application. Would recommend”
