“I absolutely love this spray. It was recommended by a friend,& I have now purchased 5 bottles. It relaxes my legs at bedtime. I will always continue to use this. Also tha balm us a nice surprise , works on pain. I did buy a cheaper one that us organic & 100%. But it does not work like Harrogate.”

“I bought this with the Magnesium spray as an offer. It is easy to apply, not greasy and made my skin really soft. I'm using it on scarring I have on the back of my hand as it is so gentle. The tub will last a long time as you don't need much”

“This is my 2nd bottle of the spray and 1st of the balm. The spray is excellent, both myself and my hubby use it for leg cramps and restless legs. It really works, relieving the discomfort within minutes. The balm is also excellent. I used this on rough skin on elbows etc and it resolved it within a couple of applications plus soothed the discomfort. Excellent products *****”

“I bought this to try as a replacement for the Magnesium Spray. It was perfect, easier to apply and still helped my aching knees and tired legs. Someone said in their review it was “grainy” like body rub but not so. I find it easy and great to use. My next purchase will have to be some product with the “Bliss” aroma that hits me when I open the box, gorgeous. Big thanks to all at Harrogate. X”
