“I have suffered from cramp and restless legs for months and tried every available products however harrogate magnesium is by far the best product I have ever used I will be continuing to use it”

“Bought this combo for my mum-she is 83 and has restless legs and also neuropathy : she uses the balm after her daily shower and the spray at bedtime and has uninterrupted sleep since. Such a blessing for her as her aches are relieved and her sleep quality so much better. Thank you”

“I’ve used the magnesium spray every night for a few months to help me sleep and it definitely makes a difference, also really good to use on any aching muscles Tried the Rescue Balm for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it’s absolutely lovely, smells amazing and really soothes any aches and pains after exercise, highly recommended.”
