“I have not yet used the spray but the balm is very good and calming. I have also bought and used the Night Cream which is excellent. Absorbs well into my skin. I had sun treatment on my face which has given me a dry patch on my cheek. The night cream is some of the best I’ve used for moisturising this area.”

“I call this my Magic Spray. I have suffered with restless legs for years and tried numerous "remedies" which have not worked. Then I heard about Harrogate Organics Magnesium Spray which I purchased for the first time 5 months ago. I can honestly say that I have not had restless legs since, resulting in a better and more restful sleep pattern.”

“Was feeling very tired within 4days of using felt a lot more energised. I use 3sprays on my knees in the mornings and on my shoulder , early evening I spray my knees and my feet, I found putting it on in the evening better than before bed. Have been sleeping very well . The packaging was so lovely sprayed with bliss and the personal note”

I have purchased magnesium spray, effective on calve cramps at night, the rescue balm my daughter uses on shoulder injury and finds effective, the lip balm is divine, so nourishing!
