Hi Roz, we're so sorry to hear you've been feeling discomfort when using the spray. It is normal to feel some amount of itchiness, this can indicate that your magnesium levels are low and this is how some people's skin responds to it.
Of course if it is causing a concerning amount of discomfort we would recommend discontinuing use.
Here are some things many have found helped them when experiencing itchiness:
-You can dilute it with water
-Use less at a time
-Use in less sensitive areas (soles of feet)
-Rinse off after 15-20 minutes of application, perhaps spray it on just before your evening shower
We also have a sensitive skin version of the spray available, that one may be a better option for you to try, if the above tips don't work for you. And feel free to pop us a message if we can help you with anything else.
