“I’m usually quite sceptical about supplements but the reviews seemed too good to ignore.
The difference I experienced the first night of using it really surprised me and I haven’t skipped a night since.
It does send me into such a deep sleep that my dreams have been quite wild but I’d prefer that to not sleeping at all! And I’ve read that that does settle down over time.

“I found Harrogate Organics on Insta as I was specifically looking for an organic Magnesium spray to use transdermally. Mainly for my husband who is struggling to stay asleep and also suffers from restless leg syndrome late at night. Also I wanted to try it myself (perimenopausal). We've only had the spray 4 or 5 days but already the OH has commented on how his restless legs have stopped almost immediately and he has slept much better. I've just started using it myself and am looking forward to the other long term general health benefits.
