“It is early days but I am hopeful for this topical use of magnesium. I suffer with chronic sleep issues for which there are a various reasons including menopause.
Have tried tablet and liposomel but have not been convinced with their use and effectiveness.”

“I normally use magnesium tablets but I forget sometimes to take them , so bought the spray which I use after my bathe or shower at night , so becomes a routine , still quite early to say how good it is but my legs don’t feel so sore in the morning and I’m also sleeping better since I’ve started the spray”
