I fall asleep much more quickly and don't wake up so often during the night. It hasn't helped my sore knees and ankles so far but maybe it will eventually, I live in hope!”

“Ive suffered restless legs for 30+yrs,tried all sorts of treatments,i thought this was "the one"Unfortunately for me this has had no effect whatsoever, I'm still going stir crazy with restless legs,very little sleep ,I had spinal surgery on 8th June and have had the r/l permanently since then ,no break at all ,going off the reviews I really thought I'd get some sort of relief, if only briefly, I must be one of the unlucky ones it doesn't work for,I wish I could say otherwise.”
