“Having read many good reviews of this product, I was really disappointed. It did not help my sleep, in fact each time I tried it, my sleep was disturbed and I woke up feeling groggy. I did persevere with it but the result was always the same. Not cheap so for me, it was not money well spent. I was also slightly alarmed that there was no seal around the cap...”

“This smelt absolutely lovely. I was really hoping it would help with my sleeping. Unfortunately after using for nearly three weeks there is no difference. Smell is lovely but doesn't do anything for me”

It can be disheartening when a product doesn’t meet expectations, especially after giving it a good trial. Sometimes, it may take a bit longer for the effects to become noticeable, but we understand that this isn't the case for everyone. While 90% of cases report benefits, there are just sadly some people the spray just does not work for! We would recommend to keep persevering as it can take up to 3-4 weeks of consistent use to work for some people.
