“I got this to try and help with menopause sleep issues and it has been a game changer - if I forget to use it I just don’t sleep as well. I was waking up at 4am or thereabouts every night and now it happens maybe once or twice a week max. I had the non sensitive one first but do find it itchy (hasn’t stopped me using it but only on my arms - couldn’t handle it behind my knees). Have also tried the popular magnesium butter by another brand but it didn’t work for me so I was skeptical but this literally worked immediately.”

“I am enjoying using the sensitive magnesium spray, relaxes me quickly so I’m able to fall asleep quicker, I suffer with restless legs..which is a nightmare! I haven’t managed to sleep all night yet but hopefully I will with continued use. Would love this product to be in an aerosol though, difficult to spray behind my knees when the bottle as to be in an upright position.”

“I have Fibromyalgia and it affects my legs especially at night aches and twitching.
This spray was recommended to me by a friend who was having menopause symptoms and I must say would recommend especially now a sensitive version as the other made me slightly itchy. A cream or lotion would also be nice to use ?”

“I couldn’t decide whether to order this product or not. It was the reviews that won me round. The spray was delivered quickly, however when I tried to use it the first time the product splashed over my hands. I contacted the company via Facebook messenger and received a very swift response. Two days later I received a new pump which resolved the issue.
Their customer service is A+. I am still trying the product. It seems to be helping somewhat with my pain. I will keep with it as needed.
