“I got this to try and help with menopause sleep issues and it has been a game changer - if I forget to use it I just don’t sleep as well. I was waking up at 4am or thereabouts every night and now it happens maybe once or twice a week max. I had the non sensitive one first but do find it itchy (hasn’t stopped me using it but only on my arms - couldn’t handle it behind my knees). Have also tried the popular magnesium butter by another brand but it didn’t work for me so I was skeptical but this literally worked immediately.”

“This has been like a miracle cure for my restless legs which I had every night until I started using this product - I now get the symptoms very infrequently and if I do I use the spray and it relieves the symptoms straight away. “I am enjoying using the sensitive magnesium spray, relaxes me quickly so I’m able to fall asleep quicker, I suffer with restless legs..which is a nightmare! I haven’t managed to sleep all night yet but hopefully I will with continued use. Would love this product to be in an aerosol though, difficult to spray behind my knees when the bottle as to be in an upright position.”
