“Can’t live without this spray! I have Parkinson’s and this is the only thing that helps with the cramps in my legs of a night. Spray it on calves, knees and feet. Stops the spasms and helps me sleep. Also use it on my temples for headaches and shoulders if I’ve been sitting at my desk too long. Have bottles stashed everywhere so I’m never without it. Travel size lives in my handbag. Love, love, love it.”

“Unfortunately, the spray bottle does not work so it’s not as convenient to apply and I’m not sure I’m getting the right dose. It’s early days yet, only been using it for 3 weeks, so will wait to see if there’s any benefit as none so far.”

We would recommend to keep persevering as it can take up to 3-4 weeks of consistent use to work for some people.
