“this spray is awesome for muscle cramps and restless legs. My other half gets cramp in his legs. latest one was while on settee. I keep some upstairs and down so immediately sprayed his leg. By the time he'd managed to get up the cramping had gone. I ordered an extra to give my sister and her husband. cant praise it enough”
