“Bought on recommendation of a friend for my daughter with severe learning disability and autism. She had been on some meds long term and I believed as a result suffering from increased anxiety and sleep problems side effects from long term use. Since trialling Harrogate magnesium spray rubbed into her chest at night she has been sleeping much better throughout the night with only occasional use of medication to aid sleep. Highly recommend.”

“I absolutely love your products and I am thrilled to bits with my purchase. I was a bit gutted though after I’d spent over £50 I’m sure I saw a post saying if you spent over £50 you received a free candle! I’m gutted that I missed this offer.”
