“It's relatively early days but so far I would have to describe the spray as a potential life changer for me. Since using the spray, I have slept deeper and longer than I have literally for years. I have had to resort to prescription sleeping pills from my GP but decided to give the spary a try following some other reviews. So far, I have not had to take a sleeping pill since starting withthe Magnesium spray/”
