“This had just the right amount of heat for me. It's not as spicy as a plain habanero because the sweetness of the blueberry really evens it out. And the blueberry itself isn't overpoweringly sweet either, so you still get the all the flavor of the habanero pepper with just a tinge of sweetness that really works well together. I would recommend putting this sauce on any sort of salad or vegetarian dish for sure. But it tastes heavenly on things like eggs or even just plain toast with butter. Just don't overdo it because a little bit of this goes a long way!”

“Very good sweet heat, you can taste it’s made with blueberry beer as it’s a bit ale-y. I’ve been looking for a great semi sweet hot sauce and this gives great sweetness with a satisfying bite that tingles the tongue. This was a great addition to chicken & rice, quesadillas, and as a dipping sauce for nuggets.”

“Not bad. But we probably won't get more. I enjoyed it more than my boyfriend did, but it was a bit too mild for both of us, and we've had better berry-habanero combos.”
