I was tired of having sauces/salsas that were always a mix of tropical fruit and habanero. They all started to feel the same. So I took a dive and went for a blueberry sauce, and I've gotta say, I'm really impressed. It's got sriracha consistency, with mostly a bell pepper flavor forward, then a lingering heat and a dash of sweetness at the end, combined with the blueberry flavor. I've tried it on various things and have no qualms with it whatsoever. I even had it on some peanut butter and toast...safe to say, I've had it more than once. I strongly recommend it for the adventurous palette!

Perfect flavor for a chicken and waffles breakfast. Great flavor and mild spice. It's a great sauce.

Upon trying it I thought it was a four star sauce, a very respectable score, but with room to grow. But the more I've used it the less I would want it changed in any way. It's just dang good. If you're looking for a giant punch of blueberry, this isn't the sauce for you; I'd recommend a chili infused jam/jelly instead. That being said, I think the balance is excellent on this one. The blueberry provides a sweetness without being sugary and the habanero packs a happy amount of heat. I prefer a sauce that sits just below suffering and for me, this does that. I did notice that the blueberry is a bit more forward if whatever you're putting it on has a more basic seasoning. I've really enjoyed it on a basic steak and egg breakfast burrito where the sauce can really shine.

Nice and sweet. Not too spicy. Goes well on Al Pastor tacos

This was the overall house favorite from my last order. Surprisingly, the blueberry provides sweetness but isn't the strongest flavor. The heat is medium but is immediately offset by the fruit. We put this on everything! Really good on chicken tacos.
