“This to me is literally the perfect hot sauce. Doesn’t matter if you’re new to hot sauce or a crafty veteran. It’s got a nice kick of heat, but tons of flavor with it. Hot sauce is a waste if you just use extracts to get higher Scoville levels. No, this isn’t going to burn your mouth off, but it’s an adventure for your mouth while you still get a pep in your step. I use this a lot with seafood. Shrimp salads, tacos, burritos. You can actually taste the pineapple for all the no go pineapple on pizza people.”

“While I get very little heat out of this sauce (and I pour it on), it’s very good. It’s a good balance of flavors and sweetness which is perfect on pork and chicken. It’s great on tacos, but it would be too much sweet if there’s already a fruit based salsa on it.”
