“I wanted a flavorful, versatile sauce that I could use in place of my hotter sauces that I tend to use for pizza/chicken/etc. This is like the perfect, delicious compliment to most simple meals. It's a delicious tabletop sauce that could replace the likes of Tabasco. It's really not very hot at all, probably a .5/10 for heat, with most of the heat hitting your mouth directly and immediately and then quickly simmering down into a delicious vinegar/celery/red pepper sauce. So good. I find it works best on simple foods that don't already have tons of flavor (try drowning brown rice and chicken in this, you'll thank me). I will be ordering this again, no question.”

“Wow... what an incredible amount of flavor! Think Crystal (which was my former favorite every day Louisiana style), but with way more fermented flavor goodness, and a generous habanero kick. The habaneros are hot enough to let you know they're there, but not hot enough to turn off even a novice. Buy this sauce in bulk, it's incredible!”

“Great all-around hot sauce. Not too much heat and a great flavor. This hot sauce pairs well with Americana style breakfast, lunch and dinner. It belongs on the table with the ketchup, salt and pepper.”
