“Solid vinegar based sauce. Right amount of heat to go on eggs and hashbrowns in the morning. It's a sauce made from the partnership of Dustin "Diamond" Poirier of the UFC and Heartbeat Hot Sauce out of Thunder Bay Ontario Canada. The heat isn't overwhelming by any means and don't be put off by the habanero if you are a spice newcomer. The other ingredients do a good job of tempering the heat.”

“Soooooo GOOD!!!!! I Just got a bottle and its already empty within a couple days. And ima need my FIX and im jones-in for a “The Diamond” Poirier’s hot sauce" FIX!!!!!! Im a big Tabasco eater and now im going to upgrade to Poiriers hot sauce. It literally is so tastey and with a perfect amount of spice. It goes on RRRRRRverythang! i suggest you get yours now before I BUY IT ALL ITS THE CHAMP OF HOT SAUCE!!!! Made by the CHAMP!!”

“Good flavor good heat. But for the price and the amount you get, not cost effective for someone who eats a lot of hot sauce. The flavor is good but doesn't justify the price.”

“It is tasty. More on the acidic vinegary side which i like. Pretty mild too. I tried it with chicken wings and I would totally recommend”
