“Objective review...Great flavor! Thought the celery flavor would be weak but you can really taste it, is the perfect combo with the peppers. Absolutely amazing flavor!!! It does have a slight aftertaste though, especially if you ‘re eating it by itself, with food its not very noticeable. If they got rid of the aftertaste somehow this would be 11/10.”

“I probably keep 50+ bottles of hot sauce at all times in my fridge and Pantry-- all different styles and heat levels-- from small batch boutique to mainstream. I also grow and ferment peppers for my own sauces. This is my new favorite LA style sauce. Perfect balance of heat with delicious, tangy aged pepper flavor. The addition of Red Habanero doesn't overpower the LA cayenne style flavor. The texture is perfect and the container is functional. Aside from the price, I could see this sauce being as versatile and everyday-usable like mainstream sauces Cholula or Tabasco. This sauce should be mass produced i.e cheaper and on restaurant tables.”

“I definitely consider this hot sauce to be one of the best flavored hot sauces I’ve ever tried. I’ve had it for just about a week now and the bottle is already half way gone! Between my son and I we put it on everything!”

“Huge MMA and hot sauce fan. Bought this on a whim after Poirier's last fight. Didn't really have any expectations, as a lot of these sorts of things are mediocre, overhyped products. However, the sauce is legitimately delicious! Definitely adding it to my lineup I keep at home. Will probably be my go to egg sauce for as long as I can get my hands on it. I love vinegar based sauces and this one packs a lot of flavor with a decent level of heat. Kinda wish I could get in in bulk to see how it stands up in Chili.”
