A lot of sauces claim to be proper mash but turn out to be pretty liquid. This is the most honest mash I've ever seen, outside of maybe Fiery Fool. The ghost pepper flavor is 100% translated, and it's delicious. Fruity bite right off the top that lulls you into a false sense of satisfaction before the heat hits. Very very good indeed.

The sauce is very pepper dense and sweet. As stated before me you have about 5 seconds or so before the heat kicks in. It is immediate and hits like you ran into a wall. I had about half a tsp on a bite of pizza to test and it isn't really good way to enjoy this sauce. I'd recommend using it IN something as opposed to ON something where it basically destroys the flavor of whatever you are eating. Spice sticks around for about 10-15 minutes and dissipates. Really, very good and very spicy but your afternoon/day will be fine.

I never really understood what was meant when I heard ghost peppers described as "sweet," but this sauce taught me. So many sauces use ghost peppers purely for the heat they bring, but this one uses it as the centerpiece and it shows. It truly is sweet and slightly floral up front, and within a few seconds of it touching your tongue you know that you're in for a ride. If you're a veteran spice lord and need to chase that dragon and get your fix--look no further, and good luck.

Not for the faint of heart!! This is essentially eating a lightly seasoned ghost pepper in each drop. You get a millisecond of flavor before the fire breaks out and numbs your mouth.
