This sauce is garlicky and tasty, but to call it a 3/10 feels absolutely wild; I ordered another Dawson's (Apple Caraway) at the same time and while both bottles say 5/10, they are not the same caliber: this one is much hotter! I would definitely put this closer to a 5/10 if not a skoosh hotter. Maybe it's the batch I got though. It still is tasty, but expect more than 3/10.

This is another amazing offering from Dawson’s Hot Sauce. Great taste, milder than their Apple Caraway (Season 25) and Original (Season 5)…. similar in heat to the Shawarma Sauce (Season 13). This is my favorite of the four.

I thought this was going to be my favorite sauce but alas. . . . it wasn't!! It was just horrific after a small sample. It was a just wrong!!!

This sauce was my go to from my Season 17 pack and I had to order another bottle. Searched and finally found it and I am enjoying every drop

First time trying this sauce and it is really good. Great flavor and not too hot.

I'm only taking off one star because I think my bottle was from an off batch. I expected more flavor than heat but I got the opposite. My mouth and lips were immediately BURNING and I couldn't get the complexity of the flavors. Sauces that are typically advertised as 3/10 typically don't even register with me. I'd say my bottle was more of a 6/10.

What's not immediately evident in the name is the white wine in this sauce. The smoky garlic and subtle sweetness of the white wine create a really complex flavor, but not such that it can only go with a few specific foods.
