“I'm about to polish off my most recent bottle of the Zuzu 7-Pot Sauce, and it's been a great addition to quite a few meals. In particular, this Dawson's offering works VERY well for meals that are fennel-friendly: dynamite with citrus notes, sausage dishes, and a variety of sauced pastas. The 9/10 heat rating is less mouth-burn than one would imagine. There is a touch of the "head-swim" at the concentrations that a sauce should be enjoyed. Why use drips and dashes? Let these sauces show up to the party and make friends. Be advised: This one's not for everyone or every meal. Mileage may vary between bottles for the licorice and fennel strength. If those two notes in particular are not for you, neither is this sauce.”

“Incredibly unique flavor. Plenty of heat with the maple syrup notes really cutting through for a sauce that’s unlike anything I’ve had before.”

“Earlier in the month had some left over Vietnamese food that needed a bit more kick. Later and more recent I used "Mr. Dawson" to add the extra taste/spice to my wife' homemade soup.”

“Dawson's Garlic Hot sauce is amazing, not a fan of any of their other sauce, this one is not favourable IMO”

“Amazing unique flavor. Goes great on tomato based dishes. Not as hot as you'd expect the number 9 sauce to be, but it's one of my favorites.”
