“I am a huge fan of Dawson's Original and have been trying some of their other varieties. 7 Pot is good but not great. Like it's predecessor 7 is sweet and relatively hot but for me lacks a little edge. Like another sauce I tried lately, Eclipse by Iris Lune, for my taste needs a bit more tart. I'm splitting hairs here, and there is a time and place for everything. Pad Thai may be a good use for this one.”

“It wasn't as hot as I thought, but the strong flavor of Sambuca didn't help either. If you enjoy the taste of liquor, this is for you.”

“This is a tasty sauce and has good heat, but we just haven’t found anything to put it on where it doesn’t completely overpower everything. It has a lot going on, which makes it good but not too versatile.”
